Draft for review · 25 October 2026

This preview document is not a final launch policy. Batch’s legal operator, contact details and the outstanding items below must be confirmed before public launch.

1. About Batch

Batch is a workspace for independent baking businesses to record recipes, estimate costs, organise orders and plan pickups. The current site is a private product preview. Legal operator and business identification details are pending confirmation.

2. Your account and your content

Sign in with your email address to use a saved workspace. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and entering information you are authorised to use. Your recipes, photos and other uploaded content remain yours. Batch processes this content to provide storage, planning, display, export and recovery features.

Do not access another person’s records, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.

3. Trial and planned subscription

The 7-day trial starts when you explicitly activate it. It is recorded against your account and cannot be restarted by refreshing the page. After it ends, changes are paused while existing records remain viewable and exportable.

The proposed subscription is A$25 per month. Payment checkout is not connected and Batch does not currently collect card details or charge subscriptions. Renewal, tax treatment, cancellation and refund arrangements must be finalised and shown before a paid plan can be purchased.

4. Using estimates and order records

Cost estimates depend on the information you enter. Check quantities, prices, pickup times and calculations before relying on them. Batch does not provide food-safety, allergen, tax or accounting advice. Recording a customer payment only records money received elsewhere; it does not transfer money or charge a card.

5. Availability and your records

The preview may change and may experience interruptions. Use the export feature to keep a copy of your work. Archiving an item is not the same as permanently deleting it. Account closure, support and deletion procedures must be completed before launch.

6. Your rights

Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket “no refunds” condition is imposed by this draft.

7. Contact and final terms

The legal operator, support address, applicable jurisdiction and process for notifying changes remain to be confirmed. See Contact us for the current contact status. These drafts require review before they are used for customer agreements.
